Reporting a problem

If a file will not convert or the result looks wrong, these details help us fix it quickly:

• Which tool you used (the page address is enough).
• Your device and browser, for example "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Windows 11, Chrome".
• The file type and roughly how large it is.
• What you expected and what happened instead.

Please do not attach private photos or documents. Because everything runs on your device, we can usually reproduce the problem with a similar test file of our own.
